James started his insurance agent career in 1999 working with his father, Jim Wills, and from 2007 built his agency to what it is today. The Wills Agency, LLC is an award-winning agency, and, as a top producer of farm insurance, it is Master Farm Certified with Nationwide. James is licensed in property and casualty, life, ane accident and health. James specializes in farm, agribusiness, and business insurance.

When James is outside the office, he enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family.
